How do I book an appointment?
All appointments can be booked directly through our website using our online booking system. Simply select your service, choose your preferred date and time, and confirm your reservation in a few clicks.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a small deposit is required to secure your booking. This amount will go toward the cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a forfeited deposit.
What products do you use?
We use only professional-grade, high-quality products to ensure long-lasting results that are safe for your skin and hair.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive with clean, dry hair for styling services and a fresh, makeup-free face for makeup or lash services. This allows us to achieve the best results for you.
Where is the studio located?
Our studio is located at 1807 Northridge Rd, Columbus, OH. Free parking is available on site.
Can I purchase beauty products at the studio?
We currently focus on services, but we’re planning to expand into professional beauty products in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
